Traveling!

Traveling!!!

I think a lot of people have a to-do list if they don't, they really should have one.

Last week a did a presentation at the college: How to improve your life by traveling.

Of course, during my presentation I forgot to say a lot of things, I was trying to improve my weak point as a person, speaking in public.

But I can assure you that traveling can make you feel better, can make you smarter and can open your mind.

Here is a list for you;

1) You can meet new people and build a network abroad;
2) You can try amazing food
3) You can learn new languages, a new word can make you smarter
4) You can learn or improve your understanding of other cultures and this is part of being smart
"The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page."
5) You can disconnect from your daily life, you make can miss someone or be missed. Get our of the routine.
6) You can improve your health, relieve your stress, relax physical and psychological.
7)  You can be a more interesting person, you can have a lot of history to tell, know something that nobody knows, you can have a new perspective of the world.
8) You can create lifetime memories.
9) You can make you love your home, even more, it's wonderful to travel but even more to come back home.
10) Travel is an investment.
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did.""
11) You can get out of your comfort zone.
12) You can improve your brain's capacities by learning and seeing new things.
13) You can learn more about yourself because you can see yourself in some situations where you need to think differently so you can develop new skills that you didn't know you have.

So travel to different places, with time and enjoy your journey!

And to finish, here is my favorite quote:

We travel because we need to because distance and difference are the secret tonics of creativity. When you get home, home is still the same, but something in your mind has been changed, and that changes everything."
