How I got here?
Before coming to Canada I was living in Brazil working as a Quality Manager for 8 years in a rubber company. I had a wonderful life, a good position, and a good salary but I wasn't completely happy.
At some point, money wasn't the most important goal I wanted to accomplish.
I always loved new challenges and 8 years later I understood that this company hasn't anything else to give me and I decided that I need to turn my professional life.
In 2018 I hired an expert to help me with my professional life, I needed to understand if I was on the correct track.
He analyzed everything and said.
You need to improve my English!
So I decided to come to Vancouver.
I planned to stay for 6 months but my brother decided to get married and after 2 months I went back to Brazil again. When I arrived in Brazil, after my brother's married, I received a phone call from a headhunter. He said that I airplane company was looking for a professional like me and offered me a Quality Manager position to live for 6 months in Sweden and after to manage the factoring in Brazil.
That is my dream job...I thought.
After 17 interviews I finally passed for the last one and the Quality Director from Sweden was going to Brazil to interview me.
Perfect...I thought!
Five days before my last interview I woke up feeling bad, my head hurt so badly that I went to the hospital and stayed there for 1 month after discovering that I got meningitis.
I lost my last job interview and I wasn't believing that something like that was happening to me.
But it did! :(
Can you believe how many things pass to my mind???
After days feeling said I decided to travel, it was almost Christmas, there was nothing that I could do at the time.
So I did...and guess what? I met my boyfriend!!!!
And guess what???
He lives in Vancouver!!!
And guess what???
I am in Vancouver right now writing this post.
And guess what???
I am feeling really happy!!!!!
After all these things that's what a believe...sometimes things should not happen in your life because better things are coming.



A lot of people think I am crazy...I think I am lucky! :)

There are six human needs: 1) certainty 2) uncertainty 3) significance 4) connection / love 5) grow 6) contribute I was tried to live my life with certain balance but I am sure growing was always being the most important thing for me. I need certainty but I like changes, if I realize that I am not growing I will do everything I can to change that. But I changed a lot during my life so today love is the most important thing to me. I want to have someone to take care, to be safe, to share, to love. I don’t want to get older alone! I want someone by my side. It’s amazing how you change in such a short time.

Something that few people know about me!

That's something that only a few people know about me: I really love to write!!! But for me writing is a scape, I write when I am sad so I can put in words what I am feeling, some people cry, some people talk, I love to write. There is something about writing that really help me, I can write about anything I want, I can scream, I can fight, I can say bad names and nobody will get hurt, nobody will get mad, because nobody knows what I am writing or why I am writing. When you write, you can release your feelings and feel better, you can put in words your thoughts and later you can read again. You can even change your mind about somethings after reading again. When you write it is so much easier to think straight after because you were able to relieve your pain, your anger so than you can think properly about everything or ever feeling. I wish I can encourage more people to write. Just start writing about your daily life and then you can start writing about whatever yo...
